Hello, I'm Brooke!
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I loved watching my young learners acquire new skills that led to greater autonomy. I have been a BCBA for 15 years, 12 of those years I owned an agency that provided in-home, school, and center-based services. I have now generalized these skills into the world of Business Coaching!
Through my experiences over the years, I now help behavior analysts and other stakeholders in the pediatric health and education fields create stable, ethical, child-focused businesses they can be proud of!
I've been in your shoes, and I love being able to help others navigate challenges and overcome the obstacles they may face when starting or scaling their ABA businesses. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and build success on your terms.
